Tricoci University
Instructional Challenge: Tricoci University uses CRM software to recruit new students. The company adopted new software: Leadsquared. The company’s admissions staff had only “on-the-job” experience using the software. An instructional need existed for the admissions staff to use “Customer Management Relationship” software effectively for recruitment and reporting activities across 16 campuses throughout Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.
Audience: The learners for this module are about 30 new and existing advisors and call center representatives. Many staff members use CRM for the first time, but some existing advisors have used another CRM system in the past.

Instructional Challenge: Consistent high quality training for onboarding new staff challenged Tricoci, especially with turnover after a year or two, and frequent organizational changes. The online training modules provided for a reliable vehicle to ensure that every new employee gets the same high quality information regardless of the challenges of the day. The Chicago School of Professional Psychology
Instructional Challenge: Learners must understand ideal ways to engage with prospective students for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP). Currently, new counselors receive initial training, and they are sent back to the online department with a skeletal understanding of TCS’ graduate programs. The goal of this instruction is to help new counselors (students) learn the various programs offered at the school. Learners will apply communication techniques, and then, create a personal communication plan for future use.
Audience: The learners for the course are new counselors for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP). These new counselors might be communicating in this fashion for the first time, but most new counselors are bringing in some experience of their own from other professional fields such as sales and customer service.
This CANVAS course is a 10-day course rooted in the educational principles of behaviorism, social constructivism and andragogy for new counselors at a college. The solution key for the assessments is seen here.

Formative assessments (quizzes) measure gained knowledge. Assignments take the information and build successful communication skills in a one-on-one under the guidance of a mentor or supervisor. The summative authentic assessment gives the new counselor an opportunity to show off what they know
